Here at Sparks Toyota, your excellent experience is our priority. With that in mind, I would like to update you on some exciting changes taking place in our service department.
You may have noticed the improved service lane and expanded waiting areas. We are now in the process of adding 12 additional bays in our shop and more Technicians to help serve you better.
This summer we experienced an all-time high volume of customers visiting from out of town and a large increase in service business in general. This is great news for our local economy and our tourism industry, but provided new challenges for us in serving everyone efficiently. We are aware that there have been increased wait times and we are striving to improve and decrease these wait times. We want to thank you for your business and support.
We appreciate your patience and understanding during this ongoing process. We are asking customers to make appointments for service during this transition time to avoid long wait times while we complete the construction. Also, please keep in mind that your appointment time serves as your "check-in time" when your vehicle is entered into our work flow. Your Service Consultant will provide you with an estimated completion time for your vehicle. This is designed to allow us to efficiently process all waiting customers.
